Polyethylene film

Virtually no human activity today can go by without polyethylene film. This film is produced from high-pressure polyethylene by means of extrusion. Thanks to the highest quality feedstock we use in production, polyethylene film we can offer displays maximum durability and elasticity. Our film is also impact-resistant and a great insulation material.

PE film is widely used in construction and repairs, agriculture, and packaging industry.

PE films are used in construction industry as a waterproof layer for grouted floors, vapor control barrier for roofing works, waterproofing finishing of foundations, and for protection of scaffolding from the elements. Polyethylene film is irreplaceable in terms of erecting temporary structures, sheltering construction materials stored outdoors, and providing amenities for construction workers on site.

In repairs, polyethylene film is used to protect floors and walls within buildings where painting, plastering and other finishing works are performed. Polyethylene films (especially black) are actively used in agriculture: mulching of soil, construction of pit silos, pelleting of seeds, and packaging and storing of agricultural products. It is irreplaceable when it comes to covering hot frames and greenhouses.

Polyethylene films are used in agricultural development and water supply to create artificial ponds; it serves as a barrier that prevents water loss from irrigation channels and basins.

Polyethylene film specifications

We produce polyethylene and light-stabilized films in the shape of rolled sleeves, semi-sleeves and sheeting. Our production equipment enables to produce high-quality polyethylene film with different specifications.

1. Thickness

One of the main characteristics of polyethylene film is its thickness. We can offer you polyethylene films with a thickness in a range of 30 to 250um. The standard thicknesses are 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, and 200um. Any other thicknesses in a range of 30 to 250um can be produced upon demand.

2. Width

Yet another not less important characteristic of polyethylene film is width. We can offer polyethylene films with a width in a range of 300 to 6000mm. We offer the following standard thicknesses:

– 1.5m wide sleeve, semi-sleeve (3m wide if unfolded)

– 2.0m wide sleeve, semi-sleeve (4m wide if unfolded)

– 3.0m wide sleeve, semi-sleeve (6m wide if unfolded).

Any other widths in a range of 300 to 6000mm can be produced upon demand.
